We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic finance assistant to join our busy administration team. You would be working closely with the Finance Manager and play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the school. You will ensure smooth processes, accuracy, and strict compliance with financial regulations are followed.

Key responsibilities
• To process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders, and resolve payment queries.
• To oversee online school payment systems for trips, lunches, and school activities.
• To maintain accurate digital financial records and update school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Excel.
• To assist with month-end procedures, bank reconciliations, and monitoring petty cash.
• To deal with routine finance queries from staff, parents, and external auditors in a professional manner.
• To provide administrative support to the main office as and when required.
