What will you be doing?

You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts payable function, helping ensure invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.

• Checking invoices and matching them to purchase orders where required.

• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.

• Responding to supplier queries and helping resolve invoice issues.

• Assisting with payment runs and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Supporting the wider finance team with general accounts administration.

What are we looking for?

We're open to candidates at different stages of their career, from someone looking to get into finance for the first time to someone who already has experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger.

You'll ideally be organised, keen to learn and comfortable working with figures, with good attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Previous finance experience and AAT studies would be beneficial, but they're not essential. The right attitude and willingness to get stuck in are just as important.
