Are you someone who thrives on helping others achieve independence? Do you want to be out in the community, not stuck behind a desk? We’re looking for a Driving Support Worker to deliver life-changing support to individuals across Guildford.

You’ll travel to customers’ homes, supporting them to maintain tenancies, build life skills, and overcome barriers to independent living. Using psychologically informed and trauma-informed approaches, you’ll help people move forward with dignity and confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Co-produce personalised support plans

• Promote independent living and tenancy sustainment

• Support access to employment, training, and healthcare

• Deliver early interventions and advocate for customers

• Connect people with community services and financial advice

• Maintain accurate, strengths-based digital records

• Work flexibly and respond to changing needs

What You’ll Need

• Your own car (mileage reimbursed)

• Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits

• Safeguarding training (adults and children)

• Clear understanding of professional boundaries
