An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Divorce & Finance Family Solicitor to join an established law firm based in Manchester City Centre.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of divorce and matrimonial finance matters, delivering clear, commercially minded and empathetic advice to clients throughout the process.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Family Solicitor to manage a caseload of divorce, separation and matrimonial finance matters
• Advising clients on financial settlements, including the division of matrimonial assets, property, pensions and other financial interests
• Handling financial remedy proceedings, from initial advice through to settlement or final hearing
• Drafting applications, statements, consent orders and other relevant legal documentation
• Negotiating financial settlements and exploring alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and financial dispute resolution hearings
• Family Solicitor to advise on complex financial arrangements, where appropriate, including high-net-worth cases

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Family Solicitor in England and Wales
• Have demonstrable experience in divorce and matrimonial finance law
• Be confident managing a caseload of financial remedy matters independently
• Have strong technical knowledge of financial settlements, asset division and court proceedings
• Possess excellent negotiation, communication and drafting skills
