We’re hiring Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants (Mental Health) to join a specialist rehabilitation service in Gloucester, supporting women with personality disorders and complex needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care support and emotional wellbeing for women in recovery
• Supporting clients through structured rehabilitation plans and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and confidence in a therapeutic environment
• Working closely with nurses, clinicians, and therapists to deliver consistent, person-centred care
• Promoting dignity, safety, and respect at all times within this mental health care setting

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or complex needs support (beneficial but not essential)
• A calm, compassionate, and caring approach with strong communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to support others
• Clear DBS on the update service
• Mandatory training completed, including Safeguarding Adults and Children
• PMVA trained (preferred)
