We’re hiring Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants (Mental Health) to join a specialist mental health facility for women with complex needs in Hexham, Northumberland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting women through structured rehabilitation plans
• Providing personal care, emotional support, and promoting wellbeing
• Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life
• Working collaboratively with nurses, clinicians, and therapists to ensure consistent care
• Promoting dignity, safety, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mental health or complex care (beneficial but not essential)
• A calm, compassionate, and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and professional, with a genuine desire to support others
• Clear DBS on the update service
• Valid Certificate for Mandatory training, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
