Support Worker – London

£14.00 per hour | Days & Nights available | Across London 

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers and HCAs, who are looking for flexible work opportunities, to join our team in London. Our main sites are Beckton and Caterham.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to women through structured rehabilitation plans

• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and emotional wellbeing

• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in mental health or complex care is a plus, but not essential

• Calm, caring, and empathetic approach with strong communication skills

• Reliable, motivated, and genuinely committed to supporting others

• Clear DBS on update service

• Valid mandatory training certificates (including safeguarding adults and children)

• Valid PMVA certificate
