Operational Support

Operational Support – Permanent, Full Time | £29,000 per annum

Join a well-established national distributor in the industrial supply sector, a busy, growing business with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base. We’re recruiting for an Operational Support position that gives you real variety, Monday to Friday hours and a permanent role from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Raising and sending invoices accurately and on time
• Handling customer and internal queries by phone and email
• Investigating issues and seeing them through to resolution
• Resolving stock discrepancies with the wider team
• Processing credit notes and managing returns
• Keeping records and systems up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Office or admin experience, or something similar
• Ledger experience would be a real bonus
• A problem-solver who enjoys getting to the bottom of things
• Strong attention to detail and good organisation
• Reliable, with a referenceable work history

What You’ll Get:

• £29,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
• No weekend work
• Office-based role with a supportive team
• A permanent, full-time position with room to grow
