About the role
Are you looking for a support worker role with varied shifts and consistent hours? If you’re passionate about empowering individuals and enjoy rota-based work, this opportunity with NursLink could be ideal for you.
You’ll be working within a supported housing foyer, covering shifts across 7 days, typically 9am–4pm or 11am–7pm.
Your role will involve:

Providing practical and emotional support to residents

Encouraging independence and daily living skills

Supporting engagement with services and appointments

Completing accurate records and reports

Working collaboratively as part of a rota-based team
What we need from you:

Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker

Enhanced DBS clearance

CV demonstrating relevant experience

Flexible, person-centred approach
