Case Support Worker – Carlisle

Monday to Friday | 12pm–8pm | Carlisle | 80% admin.

As a Support / Case Worker with NursLink, you’ll be based within a supported housing foyer, delivering person-centred support while completing a high level of administrative and case management duties.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing case notes, reports, and service user documentation

• Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and daily living needs

• Liaising with partner agencies and internal teams

• Maintaining safeguarding, compliance, and professional standards

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months UK experience in a support or care role

• Enhanced DBS clearance

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• A professional, compassionate approach
