Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking to lead a team in a supported living or extra care setting?
NursLink is recruiting a Care Coordinator for Willow Brook, Riverside, a CQC-regulated supported living and extra care service in Washington, Tyne and Wear. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supported living, extra care, CQC compliance, and team leadership, who is organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Service
Willow Brook supports adults in extra care and supported living, including those with dementia, mental health, and other care needs. Residents benefit from a safe, supportive environment in Washington, with access to local shops, services, and community amenities.
Your Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop the care team

Plan and manage staff rotas, duty tasks, and administrative systems

Ensure compliance with CQC, Health & Safety, and safeguarding standards

Oversee medication procedures, cash handling, and record keeping

Manage budgets, reports, and KPIs
-
Support residents’ independence and wellbeing through personalised care plans

Engage with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Who We’re Looking For
-
Experience in supported living, extra care, or CQC-regulated services
-
Strong team leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Competent in IT, reporting, and monitoring outcomes
-
Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent desirable
-
Experience with budget management, contract oversight, and KPI achievement is a plus
