NursLink is recruiting Day & Night Concierge / Security Assistants for the Jamaica Street Project in Kingsdown, Bristol, part of Riverside Supported Living Services. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a 24/7 homeless hostel and supported housing environment, supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About the Role

As a Concierge & Security Assistant within a supported living and homelessness support service, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents and visitors.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring the safety and security of the building and residents
• Supporting vulnerable adults within a homeless hostel environment
• Managing access to the building and responding to incidents
• Completing welfare checks and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting residents in line with safeguarding and supported housing procedures
• Working collaboratively with support staff and external agencies
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
• Following health & safety, safeguarding, and security protocols at all times

Essential Requirements:

• DBS on the Update Service
• Safeguarding Adults & Children Level 1 & 2 training (dated within the last 12 months)
• Medication Training (dated within the last 12 months)
• 2 x References
• 2 x Proofs of Address

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in supported living, homelessness services, hostel work, mental health support, security, concierge services, or working with vulnerable adults is highly desirable.
