• Role: Veterinary Surgeon.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Location: Redruth & St Ives, Cornwall.

• Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 4 days.

• Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30–12:30).

• Salary: £55,000 per annum.

The Opportunity

The Practices

The Team

You'll be joining a collaborative, close-knit group of experienced Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs, including colleagues currently studying towards certificates in areas such as Small Animal Medicine, Cardiology and Orthopaedics. This creates a strong environment for learning, mentorship and professional growth.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in consults and surgery.

• Confidently manage routine diagnostics and procedures.

• Work sole charge when required, particularly at the St Ives site.

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate closely with nursing and support teams.

• Maintain high standards of clinical, regulatory and operational compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years' UK small animal experience.

• Confidence working sole charge when required.

• Strong communication and client care skills.

• Team-oriented approach with a passion for clinical excellence.
