The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step into clinical leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues and driving exceptional patient and client care.

The Practice

The Role

• Lead clinical standards across the practice.

• Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical procedures.

• Provide clear communication and continuity of care to clients.

• Prepare and manage treatment plans and estimates.

• Work closely with the Practice Manager to support performance and development.

• Mentor, support and develop the clinical team.

• Share best practice across the wider clinical network.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Proven experience in small animal practice.

• Confident clinical leader with mentoring experience.

• Strong communication and case management skills.

• Team-focused, proactive and commercially aware approach.
