The Role

You will be responsible for developing and enhancing customer-facing analytics applications while helping to drive the adoption of AI-enabled analytics products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining client-facing analytics applications and portals.
• Building, optimising, and embedding Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Creating intuitive visual experiences that transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Integrating AI technologies, LLMs, and agentic workflows into applications.
• Supporting the transition from traditional reporting solutions to productised analytics platforms.
• Working closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams.
• Delivering executive-level reporting, presentations, demonstrations, and user training.
• Enhancing application performance, usability, and client adoption through continuous improvement.
• Contributing to application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing product development.

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will bring:

• Strong commercial experience developing Power BI solutions, including DAX and advanced dashboard development.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Application development experience using modern web technologies.
• Exposure to AI technologies, LLM integrations, or AI-enabled products.
• Understanding of agentic AI workflows and orchestration concepts.
• Familiarity with MCPs (Model Context Protocols) or similar integration frameworks.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics applications rather than solely internal reporting solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
