The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Client Care Assistant to join a well-established veterinary practice in Hinckley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys being the first point of contact within a professional and supportive clinical environment.

The Role

As a Client Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception function.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and updating patient records accurately.
• Managing incoming phone calls and handling enquiries.
• Supporting emergency triage and diary adjustments.
• Optimising appointment availability to suit team skillsets.
• Managing online booking availability.
• Processing repeat prescription requests.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Candidate Profile

• Strong client-facing and reception experience.
• Confident using online booking systems.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Calm and organised under pressure.
• Able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience desirable.
