About the role
Hammersmith and Fulham Council is looking for a dedicated and experienced locum social worker to join our Looked After Children (LAC) team. This role is essential in supporting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children in the LAC system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments of children in care to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
