The objective is further expansion by acquisition and development of quality buildings using its proven management approach to enhance return and maximise growth of net assets.

A new opportunity has arisen for a lease advisory specialist with industrial property bias to join their highly focused team. The successful candidate will deal with a range of activities involving instructions on strategic property matters to include lease renewals, rent views and business development as part of your day to day activities.

The geographical spread of instructions will keep you busy and enable you to work on a diverse range of properties and landlord & tenant clients.

This is a great opportunity that will provide a Chartered Surveyor to develop their professional expertise and concentrate on lease advisory instructions.

You will be qualified and possess at least two years’ experience gained within a similar consultancy environment or experience gained in a public authority.
