About the role
Join our Asset Management team to drive value across a diverse £500m commercial property portfolio comprising office, retail, and industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement asset management strategies to maximize income and capital values
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Manage refurbishment and repositioning projects
• Prepare business plans and investment recommendations
• Coordinate with property management teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years asset management experience with institutional portfolios
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
• MRICS qualified or working towards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with multi-let commercial assets preferred
