As a Lease Advisory Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and related landlord and tenant matters. You will prepare detailed valuation reports, negotiate terms on behalf of clients, and support colleagues within the wider professional and agency teams. The role involves both landlord and tenant representation, ensuring a varied and engaging workload. You will work closely with senior surveyors and partners, building strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the advisory function.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification) with experience in commercial lease advisory, valuation, or general practice surveying. You should have excellent negotiation and analytical skills, a sound understanding of the property market, and the confidence to liaise directly with clients. The firm is looking for a proactive individual with good commercial awareness, strong report-writing ability, and a genuine interest in developing a career within professional practice.
