Management Surveyor

Our client is seeking to appoint a Property Management Professional as part of expansion to the team to enhance their service offering. Operating from their comfortable city centre offices, the role involves managing regional property portfolios across the Midlands ad North of England.
Their mission has always been to offer tailored property management consultancy services, designed to meet the unique needs of investor/institutional clients.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in property management or related professional work such as Lease Advisory.
RICS/AssocRICS Qualified (preferred)

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Commercial Acumen: Utilise commercial insights to optimise property performance and value.
