Senior Surveyor - Property Management

Our client is seeking to appoint a Property Management Professional to enhance their service offering. Operating from their comfortable West London offices, the role involves managing client portfolios across London & the South East.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in property management or related professional work such as Lease Advisory.
RICS/AssocRICS Qualified (preferred)

Property and Asset Management: Oversee and manage properties within our client portfolios, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Legislation and Compliance: Understand and apply relevant legislation, legal frameworks, and Health & Safety regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Commercial Acumen: Utilize commercial insights to optimize property performance and value.

Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software as well as a solid understanding of market trends.
