The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely property valuations for a variety of purposes, including secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset management. Valuation work will be undertaken in accordance with RICS Professional Standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements.
In addition, the role will involve delivering lease advisory services to landlords and tenants, including rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and general landlord and tenant advice. The surveyor will be expected to lead negotiations, prepare detailed reports, and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations that align with client objectives.
The property management element of the role will include day-to-day management of commercial properties, covering rent collection, service charge budgeting and reconciliation, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and client reporting. The surveyor will act as a key point of contact for both clients and occupiers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and effective management of landlord-tenant relationships.

About You
You will be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with proven experience across valuation, lease advisory, and/or property management. You will an obvious communicator, possessing the organisational and analytical skills to formulate your workload, along with the ability to manage competing priorities working both independently and as part of a team.
