Lease Advisory Surveyor

If you're always banging on about tricky leases and rent reviews? This role is basically getting paid to solve those puzzles. As a Lease Advisory Surveyor in a consultancy, this client wats to develop you into the go-to person helping clients navigate renewals, rent reviews, re-gears and break options without any nasty surprises.

Most days you’d be looking at leases, running comparables, inspecting properties and then turning all that into clear, practical advice. You’d be working closely with landlords, tenants and solicitors, so it’s a nice mix of desk time and getting out and about.

Because it’s a consultancy role, you’re not stuck with just one client or sector. You’ll be involved in a range of instructions, supporting negotiations, preparing reports and helping to drive the best commercial outcome for the people you’re advising. There’s loads of variety and plenty of scope to grow. The support of existing team will ensure that your transition into your new role is seamless providing flexibility in your work hours.

Our client is looking for a professional, MRICS (or possibly working towards it) who is comfortable with numbers and detail, but also confident chatting to clients and holding their own in a negotiation.
