Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Birmingham

We’re looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our client's operation, the role will be based in the city centre, Birmingham. Key responsibilities to undertake
Loan security
Financial reporting and company accounts
Pension fund valuations
Taxation
Development site appraisals
Acquisition and disposal purposes

Inspect, research, analyse and report on a wide range of property types, including offices, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets preparing reports in accordance with RICS guidelines (Red Book).

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support the wider valuation team in winning new instructions.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practice within the valuation sector.

About You

MRICS qualified or potentially close to qualification, with demonstrable experience in commercial property valuation.
Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of valuation methodology and reporting standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple instructions simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.
You will be expected to travel across the Midlands.
