Customer Service AdvisorAre you a customer focused individual looking for a new challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with telephone customer service based experience, strong written communication, and organisation skills to join our client in Stevenage.Customer Service Advisor - Key responsibilities
Managing an email inbox of relevant tasks
Answering telephone calls from customers and resolving queries
Investigating complex queries and ensuring the customer receives an appropriate solution in a timely manner
Updating systems, ensuring customer queries, contracts and correspondence is logged correctly
Provide advice and information on products and services
Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers
Customer Service Advisor - Skills and Experience Required
Previous telephone based customer service experience
Eager to learn and develop
Confident communicating with customers
Polite and professional customer focused approach
Ability to prioritise workload
Well organised with strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
