Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Litigation Partner role within a legal practice that has an extensive national reach and is known for their sociable and flexible working environment.

About the role

Within this Commercial Litigation Partner role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters including:

• Contract disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Sales and supply
• IP Disputes
• IT Contract disputes
• Franchise disputes
• Defamation
• Insolvency litigation
• Banking claims

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 6+ years PQE within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well under pressure, is looking to make a name for themselves at a well-respected legal practice and feels ready to take the next step in their career.

A following would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
