About the role

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handle sales, purchases, leasehold and other residential property matters
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients to promote repeat and referral business
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise
• Contribute to the growth and development of the local residential conveyancing team
• Collaborate with the wider residential property team across multiple offices
• Play an active role in shaping future departmental strategies

The ideal candidate

While all relevant experience and formal qualifications will be considered, what’s most important is:

• Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run a caseload independently
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• A proactive approach and a commitment to quality service
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee Earners are encouraged to apply
