About The Role

This permanent position as a Private Client Solicitor involves handling a diverse caseload alongside the Managing Partner at the Stockport office. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing client onboarding and ongoing relationships
• Dealing with wills, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Preparing complex estate documents and assisting with probate cases involving foreign assets and trusts
• Ensuring compliance with all client and regulatory requirements
• Supporting tax planning and inheritance tax matters

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of Private Client experience
• Exceptional communication and IT skills
• Experience with case management systems
