Job Introduction

Warmer Homes London is looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable Operations Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to our busy Operations Team.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will play an important role in keeping day-to-day business activities running smoothly. Acting as a central point of contact across the team, you will support a varied portfolio of activity including meeting and diary coordination, governance administration, recruitment and onboarding, finance administration, internal communications and team events.

Main Responsibilities

This is a varied role where no two days will be exactly the same. You will coordinate meetings and diaries, maintain forward plans and trackers, follow up actions and deadlines, and help ensure colleagues and stakeholders have the information and support they need. You will also assist with events, travel and meeting logistics and provide general administrative support across the wider team.

You will support our recruitment and employee lifecycle activity, including arranging interviews and coordinating onboarding and offboarding, system access, induction schedules, training and new starter arrangements. You will also support financial administration by raising and processing purchase orders and invoices and maintaining accurate records and trackers.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team and takes pride in keeping things organised. You will have previous experience providing administrative support in a busy environment and be confident managing competing priorities, coordinating meetings involving multiple stakeholders and maintaining accurate records, trackers and databases.

You will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and use your initiative. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint and building positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Just as importantly, you will be professional, approachable and customer-focused, with a positive and flexible approach and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You will understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

If you are an organised and dependable coordinator who enjoys variety, working with people and making sure things happen when they should, we would love to hear from you.
