Boutique Commercial Law Firm | Henley-on-Thames | 3–5 years’ PQE

An opportunity to join a specialist boutique commercial law firm, working on high-quality, complex disputes alongside experienced litigators in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal if you are looking to develop your expertise, take on meaningful responsibility and build a long-term career in commercial litigation.

The Role

You’ll handle a varied caseload covering:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Mediation, arbitration and other ADR
• Business debt recovery
• Director, partnership and shareholder disputes
• Franchise disputes and injunctions
• International and cross-border litigation

The firm’s work includes clients and interests across London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida.

About You

• 3–5 years’ PQE with a genuine interest in commercial litigation
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technically

Experience in ADR or international disputes would be advantageous but is not essential.
