Looking for a skilled and experienced General Manager to join an independent historic pub and lead the team to success!

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pub's operations, from managing staff and finances to ensuring customer satisfaction and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing a pub or similar establishment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills


• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and finances


• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control


• A passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
