Labourer - Social Housing Bathroom Refurbishment Project

Duration: Ongoing Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join a busy social housing bathroom refurbishment project. This role involves working within occupied, supporting bathroom installation teams and carrying out general site labouring duties.

Duties will include:

• Stripping out and removing existing bathrooms, including baths, showers etc.
• Removing waste materials and keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Assisting tradespeople with bathroom installation works
• Loading and unloading materials and deliveries
• General labouring duties as required
• Ensuring site health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Face Fit Certificate
• Previous labouring experience, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects
• Reliable, hard-working and safety conscious
