Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Locum Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar for a 2-month engagement at Altnagelvin Hospital, Western Health and Social Care Trust, from 8th June 2026. This role carries trust reference REF 506. This is a competitive locum O&G Registrar opportunity in Northern Ireland offering a £60–£70/hr assignment rate.

The successful candidate will work within the O&G department at Altnagelvin, covering the full registrar rota including on-call commitments. Specific competency requirements include fetal growth scanning and antenatal ultrasound assessment — these are mandatory skills for this post. The department serves the Western Trust catchment area and delivers the full range of obstetric and gynaecological services.

Candidates must be willing to work the rostered shifts before CV submission and must be committed to fulfilling the entire 2-month requirement. Doctors must be willing to travel to Northern Ireland for the duration.
