Grayscale Medical is seeking a Consultant in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) for a locum position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This is a 10 PA post offering a £100–£110/hr assignment rate, available from immediate start for an initial period of 3 months.

This CAMHS locum post sits within the Mental Health, CAMHS, Learning Disability and Older Adults Psychiatry directorate of Belfast HSC Trust. You will be joining a multidisciplinary CAMHS team providing specialist assessment and treatment for children and young people with complex mental health needs across the Belfast area. The role covers a full consultant workload including new assessments, review clinics, MDT leadership, and on-call responsibilities as required.

This is a 10 PA post — candidates must be available for a full-time commitment. The trust requires a fully compliant LD1 form and complete documentation pack.

Requirements: Consultant-level GMC registration with a licence to practise, inclusion on the Specialist Register (Psychiatry), right to work in the UK, valid AccessNI/DBS clearance, professional indemnity insurance, occupational health clearance, and minimum 2 professional references. Child and adolescent psychiatry experience at consultant level is essential.
