Grayscale Medical is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Forensic Psychiatry for a locum assignment with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This is a 10 PA (programmed activities) position for an initial 3-month period, with potential for extension. The rate is a £100–£110/hr assignment rate.

The successful candidate will provide specialist Forensic Psychiatry cover within the MH, CAMHS, LD and ACOPS directorate of the Belfast HSC Trust. This role is suited to Consultant Psychiatrists with substantive experience in secure and forensic settings.

Files must be fully compliant and an accurately completed LD1 form must be submitted alongside the CV. Non-compliant files will not be processed.

Requirements for this HSC locum Forensic Psychiatry consultant role in Northern Ireland:

• Full GMC registration with a valid licence to practise
• Substantive Consultant Psychiatrist experience in Forensic settings
• Fully completed LD1 form and compliant document pack
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date AccessNI clearance
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum two professional references
