Private Client Paralegal

This well-established and highly regarded high street firm in Stafford is seeking a private client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and is confident managing their own caseload independently.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting on a varied caseload, including:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• General private client matters
• Conducting client meetings and taking instructions
• Drafting and progressing files from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within private client
• Has a law degree
• Possesses strong client care and communication skills
• Is organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team
