Grayscale Medical is urgently recruiting an ST3+ Specialty Trainee or Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics for the Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT). An earliest possible start date is required for this HSC locum position, which pays at standard framework rates (£60–£70/hr assignment rate for ST3+/Specialty Doctor grade).

The Northern HSC Trust covers a large area of Northern Ireland including Antrim Area Hospital and Causeway Hospital, delivering anaesthetic services across surgical, obstetric, and intensive care settings. The post is structured as a full-time role completed over 2.5 clinical days, with on-site calls of 12, 16, or 24 hours depending on which shift pattern needs covered. Shift patterns may not always be on consecutive working days — the successful candidate must be flexible across the working week.

Requirements: ST3+ or Specialty Doctor grade in Anaesthetics; valid GMC registration with licence to practise; AccessNI clearance; right to work in the UK. Both ST3+ and Specialty Doctor grades are welcomed.
