This is an interesting assignment and presents the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to get involved with a nationally significant Nuclear New Build project.
Role Purpose
- Provide hands-on support to strengthen how Digital engages colleagues from across the business through clear, consistent communications via numerous channels and a governed “single front door” (DigitalHub), while also supporting the design and rollout of an outcome-led Digital Performance Management Framework that enables confident, evidence-based decisions and continuous improvement
Principal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions
Stakeholder liaison and coordination:
- You will build effective working relationships with Heads of Function, SMEs and key stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and coordinate timely contributions for Digital communications and updates.
- Support the organisation of working groups activity (workshops, actions, outputs)
Content drafting and publishing support:
- You will draft, edit and format content for Digital communications (e.g., Digital newsletter, Digital Hub articles, updates, announcements, Digital roadshows), ensuring it is clear, reusable and aligned to agreed messaging, tone of voice and engagement journeys.
Comms & Engagement (C&E) planning, coordination and execution:
- You will support the creation and delivery of Digital C&E plans (audience mapping, messaging, channels, cadence), and track progress to ensure communications are delivered to time and quality.
DigitalHub development (SharePoint):
- You will support the build and ongoing development of DigitalHub, including creation and maintenance of SharePoint pages and content (e.g. service pages, guidance, updates/news and knowledge content), ensuring a clear, user-led structure aligned to agreed design principles and engagement journeys
Plan management and execution (Digital C&E, WS2 & WS3):
- You will support the development, coordination, tracking and execution of delivery plans, ensuring activities are aligned, dependencies are managed, progress is tracked against milestones, and outputs are delivered on time with appropriate stakeholder engagement.
Governance and lifecycle support:
- You will maintain lightweight governance controls (content ownership, review dates, publishing workflow, template use) to ensure DigitalHub remains current, trusted and usable.
Performance framework documentation support:
- You will assist with capturing and maintaining framework artefacts such as performance domains, outcomes, draft KPIs, definitions, ownership and cadence.
Dashboard and reporting support:
- You will support the development of consistent reporting inputs (templates, standards, commentary/action capture) and dashboard that feed an integrated, single view of performance across delivery effectiveness, customer experience and organisational health.
Governance rhythm support:
- You will assist with establishing the performance review rhythm (monthly/quarterly), preparing materials for forums, and tracking agreed actions so insight drives prioritisation and improvement.
Change and adoption support for DigitalHub and Digital Performance Framework:
- You will support soft launch, targeted rollout activity and embedding DigitalHub into day-to-day ways of working (comms, onboarding, request routes), using feedback and analytics to iterate and improve.
