Sous Chef role:

Sous Chef committed to home grown or local, seasonal produce required to join this amazing team of dedicated food enthusiasts.  Our kitchen gardeners work hand in hand with our Chefs to create menus bursting with simple British garden food.

This countryside boutique hotel needs a Sous Chef with passion and you will be given the freedom to come up with fresh menu ideas.

 

Sous Chef requirements:

• This Sous Chef role would suit an existing Sous with a fresh food background or even a senior CDP seeking their next career move.


• The best Sous Chefs support the Head in leading the entire kitchen team


• Previous fresh seasonal produce experience required
