- £32,000 to £36,000 per year + Service charge (approx. £3500 per year)
- 40 hours per week & Paid overtime.

Sous Chef role:
We are looking for a keen, passionate and experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef with a fine dining background to join one of our high end establishments in Tetbury. Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef looking to make the next step in their career.
Working in partnership closely with the Head Chef, you will play a ritual role in coordinating kitchen operations to a tee. Your appetite for culinary perfection, combined with your firm dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, you will provide unforgettable and special dining experiences.
