Driver Hire Grimsby & Scunthorpe is recruiting Class 2 drivers for a range of assignments with local businesses. We’re keen to hear from reliable drivers with different backgrounds, experience and preferences.

Opportunities could include:

• Tipper work – transporting aggregates and other bulk materials, supporting construction and site-clearance operations.

• Waste and recycling collections – working as part of a crew, providing an essential local service.

• Industrial deliveries – delivering materials to business customers across the region.

• Other Class 2 assignments – bringing variety to your working week across different local businesses.

Whether you enjoy site work, being part of a collection crew or getting out on the road making deliveries, we’d like to hear from you.

You don’t need experience in every type of work. Tell us what you’ve done, what you enjoy and when you’re available, and we’ll discuss which assignments could be a good fit.

What you’ll need:

• A valid Class 2 / Category C licence.

• Current Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

• A reliable, professional approach.

• A commitment to safe driving and safe working.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

Previous tipper, waste collection or industrial delivery experience would be welcome. Specific experience and licence requirements vary by assignment.
