Our client is a software vendor, ISV, consultancy and systems integrator.  Operating internationally covering 4 continents and with primary offices in 8 countries in the UK, USA, Middle East and Asia.

With multiple industry analyst awards such as IDC Digital Disruptor and Forrester Wave recognition they have created a great deal of  Consultancy / Commentator / Analyst excitement and interest in the last 2 years.

They Require

More than 7 years broad based HR management experience
Happy in a start-up environment
Experience in a technology company
Demonstrable track record in delivering HR services to an International firm with multiple  offices.
Demonstrable International HR and Employment Law training and practice
Ability to engage with and effectively support the provision of HR services to senior line managers in a variety of cultures from disparate commercial backgrounds and market sectors
It’s a senior managerial role and needs someone who can think strategically BUT the role still needs a ‘hands on’ tactical HR professional
Experience of using and exploiting HR software applications and if at all possible someone who has experience of implementing HR systems and leading the departmental / company adoption.
