About This Role

We are looking for compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a lovely 5-year-old girl with complex healthcare needs within her own home.

Our client is happy young girl who enjoys playing with her toys, watching cartoons and spending time with her older sister. She particularly enjoys playing with her Tonie Box, as well as exploring the variety of teddies and toys in her play area.

You will play an important role in supporting her daily routine, getting to know her individual communication style and encouraging her to enjoy the activities she loves. The role involves providing personal care, clinical support, monitoring and recording clinical observations, and assisting with daily activities. You will follow her individual care plan to ensure her safety, comfort and overall wellbeing.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is caring, reliable and enthusiastic about making a positive difference to a young girl's life. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships, supporting a child's development and providing high-quality, compassionate care, we would love to hear from you.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client’s family has requested female carers to join their care team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

  • Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
  • Be comfortable around dogs, as the client has two pet dogs living in her home.
