Salaried GP, Didcot – 6 Sessions per week – £13,000 per session

We are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join a welcoming and forward-thinking practice in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a supportive team environment, a manageable workload, and a role that offers genuine work-life balance.

This friendly and well-established GP practice offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, with a skilled multidisciplinary team comprising ANPs, paramedics, practice nurses, and HCAs. The practice provides opportunities to develop additional clinical interests, including minor surgery and joint injections, while benefiting from strong administrative support, efficient systems, and a culture that prioritises staff wellbeing and teamwork.

Key Details:

• 26 patient appointments per day
• 6 sessions per week, with flexibility on working days
• 15-minute appointments throughout clinics
• Protected administrative time
• Up to £13,000 per session, depending on experience
• No home visits required
• 6 weeks annual leave plus study leave
• Indemnity cover
