Project Administrator

This is a new office based role within my clients business providing support to the team within a well established Electrical Contractor business based in Hemel Hempstead as part of their growth.  A very friendly and collaborative environment and they are seeking an individual with a can do attitude to join them.

The role responsibilities will include:-

• Managing the company email inbox ensuring all messages are responded to
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records
• Provide admin support to Estimators, Project Manager and Directors
• Manage the company van (maintenance, servicing etc)
• Order supplier and material deliveries to site
• Organise test equipment, calibrations and returns
• Learning their inhouse system called Simpro
• Assist with Project set up and delivery
• Gather all documents for Project
• Attend weekly project meetings
• Provide support to the MD where required

We are looking for a person who has good Word, Excel and CRM systems experience, has a can do attitude, has clear and concise communication skills and enjoys multitasking.
