Site Reliability Engineer

We're growing our engineering team and are looking for Site Reliability Engineers who enjoy solving complex operational challenges through automation.You'll play a key role in improving reliability, resilience and performance across critical systems, reducing manual support through engineering and automation while working alongside software development teams.What you'll be doingImproving system reliability, availability and performanceAutomating operational processes and reducing manual interventionBuilding monitoring and observability solutionsSupporting cloud-hosted applications and infrastructureTroubleshooting production issues across the technology stackWorking closely with development teams to improve system designDriving DevOps and SRE best practicesExperience we're looking forLinux and Windows administrationAWS, Azure or OpenStackJava and scripting (Bash or PowerShell)Docker and container technologiesMonitoring tools such as ELKCI/CD and Agile deliveryStrong troubleshooting and automation skillsNice to haveMongoDB or ElasticsearchPuppet, Chef or similar configuration management toolsSelenium or automated testing frameworksKnowledge of ITIL practicesRequirementsYou must be a Sole British National.Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.Able to work from the Leeds office on a hybrid basis.If you think this is a role for you we'd love to hear from you.
