About the Position:

• Clinical Advisor rate of £425 per day Clinical Income as a permanent position
• Hybrid role combining dentistry and leadership
• 2 per week as Associate Dentist
• 1-2 per week as Clinical Advisor for the Group with lots of support available
• £14 per UDA, flexible UDA allocation
• Up to 50% split on Private work
• Packed patient list to inherit
• Great opportunity to take on a leadership role and develop professionally
• Working with current Clinical Leads, the Group Owners, Clinical Compliance Manager and the Management team as a whole
• Immediate start available for suitable candidate

• Support governance, compliance and audit processes
• Recruit, mentor and retain talented clinicians
• Deliver training alongside Clinical Director
• Support complaint management and resolutions
• Drive quality improvement across multiple sites
• Recommend efficiencies and clinical enhancements
