Job Introduction

At Home Bargains, you’ll find more than just a job, you’ll find opportunity.

Customers often pop in for one thing and leave with a full trolley, and when they stop at our Café & Bakery, it’s about more than tea and toast, it’s about great service and memorable moments.

As a Café & Bakery Team Member, you’ll prepare drinks and food, serve customers, handle deliveries, and keep everything clean, stocked, and welcoming. Every task helps create a smooth, enjoyable experience.

You’ll gain valuable skills in food hygiene, hospitality, and retail, learning on the job in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

Every role is part of something bigger, working together, supporting each other, and taking pride in the little things that make the big difference.

Ready to brew up something great?

Apply now and see why so many of our colleagues say, “I only came in for one thing... but I came out with a career.”

Store Team Members based in the Café and/or Bakery will also cover general store duties when required.
