Client Manager - Korean Speaking

Are you a fluent Korean speaker looking to combine your accounting expertise with a client-facing, commercially focused role? Are you ready to take ownership of client relationships, help grow a portfolio and build a long-term career with a clear pathway to Partner?

Our client, a high-growth accountancy practice, is looking for an ambitious professional to join its rapidly expanding Korea Desk. The team manages a substantial and diverse portfolio, including banks and some of Korea’s largest international corporate groups, offering excellent exposure to complex clients and the opportunity to play a key role in the team’s continued growth.

Working closely with the Partner, you’ll take responsibility for developing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and coordinating work across the audit, tax and accounts teams to ensure clients receive a seamless service. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and contribute directly to the growth of the portfolio.

This is more than a traditional accountancy practice role. While audit review experience would be beneficial, the priority is someone with strong practice experience, excellent client-facing skills and a commercial mindset. You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and taking ownership, rather than focusing solely on technical delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent Korean language skills.
• A strong background in accountancy practice.
• ACA/ ACCA/ CTA / KICPA/ equivalent qualified 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial, proactive mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and support business development.
• Ambition to take on greater responsibility and progress towards a future leadership role.
